Hopefully you aren't planning to take the poodle with you. Put it in a kennel for the time you are away and enjoy your holiday. Then pamper your pooch when you get back.
You could board your dog if you're going for a short time, or have a friend or relative watch him. But if you're moving permanently, he needs a new home.
What out for lions, they love poodles; it's like a big cat delicacy.
If you are taking the poodle with you, you are going to have to find out what shots they need. Check with your vet and check with the airline about what is required.
call the vet clinic and board him/her. They will take care of your dog while you're gone.
