Shes just lonely thats all, maybe you could get her a stuffed animals and she will feel less lonely.
You can try giving her a comfy blanket to sleep with and I've heard that if you include a ticking clock they feel better (it reminds them of their mother's heartbeat).
make sure your puppy has a toy or two in with her. 6 weeks is actually a little young to start crate training tho most trainers suggest starting at 8-10 weeks. shes lonely in her crate b/c she just left her mother. theres not much you can do b/c she wants to be with somebody shes scared.
Did you treat the worms? They need three days worth of medication that you can add to their food...however a 6 week old puppy should still be with its mother. It shouldn't leave until it is fully weaned around 8 weeks. You probably need to suppliment with formula and feed every 4 hours until she is 8 weeks.
try placing a stuffed toy blanket, or alarmclock in your puppys cage. the best is to have it be a towel of a pillow that you have slept on, than your small is on the fabric. an alarm clock is good to try too, it mimmicks the sound of your /MOmmy heart beat.

Itis good that the worms are gone, itis what you want to see
For one 6 weeks of age is a little to young to be away from mommy. Puppies should NEVER leave mom until they are 8 weeks old piont blank and end of story! Any responsible breeder would have never let her leave at 6 weeks. Probley got it from a back yard breeder.
Nevertheless, Try giving her a stuffed animal and a heating pad with a ticking clock in her kennel. This will make her think she is hearing her mother heart beat. as for the worms she should be wormed when they give her shots but that can not be done until she is 8 weeks old. and please do not let her be around other dogs or walk around where other dogs may have been until she has 3 sets of shots
6 weeks is too young for them to be taken from their mother, so this may continue for sometime. A puppy should stay with its mama for 8-10 weeks and if taken before that, you will have crying all night as well as other issues. Puppies learn most of their social skills between 6-10 weeks of age and need to be with their mother. I would suggest taking her back to the breeder for 2 more weeks. At 8-9 weeks of age, they are better adjusted and the crying may only last a night or two.
No the vet Im sure dewormed her they came out now you don't see them. You will be best to deworm again when she gets her next shot.

6 weeks is young. Be sure to have plenty of bedding in there and keep it very dark and if you have a clicking clock often helps or a radio.
She may be suffering from seperation anxiety. Try leaving her favorite chew toy with her and if possible a nightlight on for her. As for the worms, have you vet treat her. I dont think worms go away on their own.
Good luck!
She might be crying due to separation. My dog use to do that and I would take him out and rub him and he would stop.

If she is on heartworm medication I wouldn't worry to much about getting her to a vet. If she is not on any heartworm med I would get her in to the vet.
6 weeks is too young to be removed from the mother, you may encounter issues from her, later in the months like we have with our dog.

What worked for him, in his crate, was a BIG stuffed animal, blankets then COVER the crate. our dog whined, and whined, and whined until we covered it, then he would settle down.
Put the crate in the bedroom with you. Puppies hate to be alone. They grew up with lots of brothers and sisters. if it can see yo then it won't feel so lonely. I learned this from my own experience. the older they get then you can moved them out of your room. Trust me it works. When you're not at home put on animal planet where it can watch.
Try Putting A Blanket Over The Cage... Ths Work For Both Of My Dogs When They Were Getting Crate Trained!!!
