All the best, hope it helps!
First, take her to the vet. You can discuss with the vet what you need to do. You will want to check about nutrition and general health of the dog. Prepare a list of questions to ask before you go, so that you don't forget half of them when you get there. Bulldogs frequently need C-sections, so you will probably be in contact with the vet through the whole pregnancy.
Please see your vet immediately. Many bulldogs are unable to give birth naturally and must undergo a c-section.
My girl did great. She had no problems during we just made sure she had plenty of food, some highre calorie to keep her weight. When she delivered I sat with her and she used me a brace to push. Like any person, she had 11 pups LOL really big litter. Your dog may know how to do it all herself, just watch her and keep her comfaortable. Good Luck! and Congrats!
Throughout the pregnancy you will need to increase her feedings according to the advice of a vet. You want to make sure she doesn't gain to much, because it would be hard on that kind of dog because of her short stalky build.

I recommend taking the dog for a vet visit around the 30th day as well as about 1 week before her 60th day. The vets will be able to point you in the right direction.

Dogs normally carry their pups for 60 - 65 days. Bulldogs are known to have to have c-sections though, so about a week before the 60th day it would be a good idea to go to the vet and see what they think would be best for your dog.
I just had a litter in Feb.
If you know the day she conceived count 58 to 63 days from then and that is when you could expect pups. You should be feeding her puppy food now it is higher in nutrients that she needs for her %26 the pups inside her. You should also try to keep her from jumping and getting alittle wild having an American Bulldog I know you know what I mean LOL.
When she is ready for the pups to come she will begin to pant this can last for 24 hrs befor you see the first pup. There then will be contractions then pups.
if she is goin to have the babys at ur house and not at the vet place then u should get a box that she can get in and put a a towl or somthng like that in the box and so she will have the babys in there and have a towl ready to help them breath or somthing and u should call the vet if u get stuck on a prob
stay by it side all the time and have a lot of towels
well put her in a safe place with some blankets and everything and just leave her alone i dont think she would like everyone to be crowded just because she is having babies. its like a women having a baby they dont want anyone in the room watching her give the baby. so just be prepared. i have a AB and she is only 5 mnths. old i cant wait for her to have puppies... you are so lucky to be having that many puppies...
Perhaps you should have researched this *before* you let her get pregnant?
