I have a Pug. I was wondering if anyone could help me!?

His temperature seems to have elevated and he hasn't wanted to eat much. I was just wondering, if there is a way, about how to reduce his fever.

Thanks A Lot
Answers:
The dog needs to go to the vet. Elevated temperature and refusal to eat are signs of illness. The vet needs to diagnose and treat it.
Heres a solution... Go to the vet
Take him to the vet. They will administer fluids intravenously to break the fever. There is something causing the fever to begin with so go to the vet.
Apply rubbing alcohol to the pads of his paws until you can get him to the vet.
keep his pads of his feet cold. try to put a cold towel on his stomach. and if his temp gets any higher then take him to the vet.
I work at petsmart and I have a pug...you can give him baby chewable asprin, just make sure it is the the baby asprin. Give him one every four to six hours and it should help with the fever, if after a day or so and his fever is still up you need to take him to the vet. Pugs are known for respirtory infections...you should always dry them really well, but don't use dryer on their face. Hope this helps.
best answer is go to the vet or at least call them cause they know more than us.
have you taken his temp a dogs regular temp is about 101. You can give him an aspirin depending on weight you may want give half. Be sure that you use a non coated aspirin you can also try a cool water bath if he does not seem to feel better within a day or continues to refuse food (have you tried chicken broth alone or added to food for nutrients) I would call my vet.
