I have right now 8 week old poodles and what shots are needed so i can start potty training outdoors?

I would make an appointment with your vet. Get the pups checked for internal parasites also. A pup without worms is a lot easier to housebreak.
They need their first puppy shot, but it's a series of shots. They are not safe with just one shot. Your vet will tell you all you need to know. Good luck with them;^)
You need to get them the distemper/parvo/hepatitus %26 get them started on heartworm preventative. It's one shot then the vet will set you up for the next set. You'll also want to check with your vet if they need to be dewormed. My toy poodles didn't need it but some do.
Enjoy them babies!
At 8 weeks old they need their first DHLPP shot (series of 3 given 3 weeks apart) and they will also need to be wormed since all puppies are born with worms. at 4-6 months of age they will need a rabies shot. Then they will need their shots only once a year.
My clinic goes by the following vaccination schedule:

8 wks old: 1st DHPP with Corona (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus) %26 fecal analysis

10 wks old: Bordetella (kennel cough) %26 Lymes #1 (both are optional vaccinations. But if you plan on boarding, grooming or taking your pup to obedience class you MUST have the Bordetella vaccine)

12 wks old: 2nd DHPP

14 wks old: 2nd Lyme vaccination if series was started at 10 wks)

16 wks old: 3rd DHPP and Rabies Vaccination
