Ocean city probally has a tourism website that has links to hotels. Many probally advertise if they allow pets, or you could just call them.

Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel in ocean city allows dogs for a 30$ extra fee.

Sheraton
Hyatt
Motel 6
holiday inn

those all allow dogs. although i'm not sure if hyatt is in maryland, but i'm pretty sure it is. have fun!
