i just moved into a house.it did not smell initially.i watered the grass and both front and backyard REEEEEEK!! of dog smell. i know the house has been vacant for more than 2years. we did pick up a few dry dropping in the front, but none that we can see that got wet. PLEASE! HOW DO I GET THIS SMELL OUT??

Purchase a box of the enzyme for septic tanks (RID-EX or other product). Please make sure that dogs, cats or young children won't be playing in your yard for a while - also, don't go out into your yard barefoot.
Sprinkle the enzyme on your yard and water. In about a week you will find the smell goes away. If you have any odor in your house, you can get enzymatic cleaner from a pet store for the flooring and walls.
You can also check with a yard care specialist. It is possible that a yard specific product exists. I've just always used RID-EX - I have 4 dogs.

Try a product c alled "Natures Miracle"..it's liquid and designed to disolve and eliminate the odor..it can be used inside and out.I've used it for many years and it has NEVER failed.
You can buy it at your local pet store or feed %26 grains..it does come in gallon sizes..do not dilute use full strength.
